Helen Scott (born Helen Hough, place and date not known) is an actress best known for her work on Australian television.

Her most well remembered role is Matron Marta Kurtesz in A Country Practice, the first matron of the Wandin Valley Bush Hospital on the show. Ms. Scott left the show when her character returned to her birthplace in Eastern Europe with an old, revolutionary friend. Her character was briefly involved with Dr. Terence Elliott (played by Shane Porteous).

She has also appeared on All Saints (2001), Above the Law (2000), Water Rats (1996, 1998), Big Sky (1997) in the role of Pam McWilliam, Chances (1991), Last Resort (1988), The Young Doctors (1979).
